Koenig&Strey, Eileen O'Grady Newell
Eileen is a second generation Realtor. Coming from the experienced "O'Grady Realty" real estate family, Eileen has been around the real estate industry her whole life. Her mom, dad and sister all have extensive real estate experience. Since 1996, Eileen has worked as a full-time Realtor and for 9 of those years she also took the job of managing broker of the O'Grady family-owned company. Previous to receiving her real estate license, Eileen was office manager in the office for 4 years.
Eileen’s experience has been built on years of hard work and training. "It is important to make buying or selling as easy and pleasant to the client as possible, whether it is the first time or tenth it is still a big step". Her clients find her to be helpful, honest hardworking, yet fun to be around. By becoming affiliated with Koenig and Strey, Eileen now has more time than ever before to assist her clients and she looks forward to working with you.
Eileen is well-informed on most sectors of the real estate market. She specializes in new construction, vacant land, development, residential condos and single family homes. With the construction knowledge and experience she brings to the table, you can be confident that Eileen will do her best to help you through the home buying and selling process.
Eileen understands the nature of the real estate industry; therefore she treats every project as an individual quest and customizes all marketing for the project in question. She also can, in a short time, recognize the needs of her clients sometimes before they know their needs themselves.
Many Realtors begin their careers in other professions. Eileen has had only one workplace since high school. Real Estate has been her passion since handing out listing sheets at her mom's open houses when she was five years old! She's a Real Estate lifer!
